I just want to add some thing else,be careful if you go to a hypnotist make it clear to him or her that while under hypnosis he would not give suggestions at with regards to ufo,abduction etc,the reason being you want to go there through your own will and not because some one is pushing you to that direction! Do not worry if there is some thing it will came out,at least that way you will have no doubt.
I have heard of hypnotists who direct the person may it being child abuse,sexual abuse,abduction etc, and the person’s mind conjure up images which may seem very real at that point, only to find for all concerned that it was just an illusion under hypnosis,take care tess

Hi,me again unfortunately these past few days i have been unable to sleep well,cause of the strange voices and sounds that seem to came from behind my pillow.Yesterday i saw the black big spider again,it had been a while since i saw it last and it really scares me,i open my eyes and it would be there on the pillow or mattress.It feels like it is looking at me then it turns around and disappear behind some thing.In Malta we do not have any big spiders,so i do not know what it is or its meaning,perhaps i should increase my medication all this is driving me nuts and i am at a loss as
what to do.take care love tess.
P.Si do think that the picture i drew did end up on mars!

Hi BuffaloSpirit,

It’s good to hear you consciously tried to contact aliens and maybe in time it will happen, it’s important to try and seek answers, as the saying goes – ask and you shall receive. You mentioned feeling a tingling energy entering your body and I’m wondering if you sometimes sense any beings when it happens?

Hi,

There are a lot of people who are becoming aware and are considering the possibility that they may have been visited or abducted, I think it happens for a reason and when the time is right. Having a regression or hypnosis and experiencing memories could change your life in ways you never imagined, you never know what you may remember or how it will affect you, but it can be an insightful and interesting journey.

In regards to finding a good hypnotist, maybe phone a few and discuss your suspicion and also what you hope to achieve, trust your feelings and intuition and if you would feel comfortable being regressed by them. A therapist or hypnotist who has experience or knowledge of the abduction phenomenon would be the best person to see.

I have included a link for New Zealands UFO Research website, Suzanne is very familiar with the abduction phenomenon and may know someone you could see, or offer advice.

Hello Tess! For me, the need to have some contact or perhaps to see if I can get some conscious remote viewing images would help me to define or confirm what type of alien species is in my life. Maybe it is playing with fire, but I feel like I have been in the unknown for too long. As a child, our home was plagued with little balls of light that would go buzzing throughout the rooms – ping pong size or sometimes baseball size. We also had lots of electrical buzzing noises and sometimes, you could actually see a grey-type line zig-zagging in the room in front of your eyes (similar to an etch-a-sketch for those familiar with the toy)… and it would leave a smell of ozone. I have since read in various places that these types of phenomena are related to Greys but again, I don’t have any definite memories of Greys (just foggy ones I am unsure of). Quite often in the past and recent past, I would wake up abruptly from sleep and be wide awake just in time to hear little footsteps running across the ceiling of the home I happen to be in – these are not four-legged type running noises that you might find from a light-footed cat or raccoon on the roof – but distinct pitter-patter of two feet (with some weight on it) running across the roof – this would always make my skin crawl!

Hi Tess, for me the “Nordic” gives me a sense of friendship or safety – but I don’t mean that this is what I believe. It’s just that it’s the sense or feeling that I get from this entity – that he is a friend or that he is protecting me (and I also repeat that I only have foggy memories of such an entity which I am not even certain about). I am sure that this tactic comes in handy when trying to calm down a terrified abductee – it may not be the truth, but as long as it calms the abductee down, it’s all good. How many parents may have also lied to their children when going to the dentist or doctor’s office, saying, “It will be all right … Oh, it won’t hurt you …. don’t worry, I’m here, ” etc., etc. just to calm a frightened child? Same thing, I think.

Hi Tess,
Yes, it’s hard to explain. The Caret scenario involves a number of different letters or “symbols” I believe – and if I am understanding it correctly, these symbols in themselves are like a language. On my arm (and I wish I would have had a camera to at least attempt a photograph – but I drew a diagram instead), there was a curved line above and below several Caret-type letters or symbols. The curved lines up and below encased the letters/symbols within and was about one-inch by one-inch in total size. So I am assuming that all of these letters/symbols together must have meant something. At I said, it was “pressed” into my skin and was very clear – clear enough for me to decipher most of the letters/symbols accurately. It slowly faded away over about an hour’s time (again, I reference it to the lines you may get from a pillow pressing on your face while you sleep – when you awake, the lines are quite clear, but they begin to fade away once you are up and about).

During the night i some times feel that i need to go on the roof,ours are not slanting by the way! but i keep resisting,the last thing i want is to see them again,i cannot fathom why many feel the need to be contacted by them.Then perhaps they may not have passed through the trauma that i did,just be careful.

Hi buffalo spirit ,i too am a female but believe me the tall blond alien with hair the color of straw ,was not there to protect me.Although i must admit that he was the only one who showed some emotion,when he bend down and whispered…….I know you are frightened and it is going to hurt,but it will be over soon…….I do not know if he spoke in my language or English,all i know is that i understood him.But believe me i would not view them as protectors,they do what they set out to do,

i have experienced some of what you mentioned,

Whispering behind my pillow in a language i do not understand.

Flashbacks of alien abduction,tall and blond.I did not even know they existed

When i had the flashbacks about 4 or 5 in all about 2 yrs ago,i have no way of knowing when the abduction happened but i saw myself with a body of a grown up not a child.
