Step 3: Symbol 1 was enlarged and enhanced. This is a blowup of symbol 1 with highlights and shadows emphasized for contrast. The symbol is tilted at a 45 degree angle to the left in the photo because the I-beam is tilted at that approximate angle in the photograph. All symbols on this I-beam are inscribed along the vertical, rather than the horizontal as seen in the Alien Autopsy video, for example.
