On Tuesday, December 1st, 1998, I went to bed early because I wasn't feeling well. I think it was about 2:00AM, and that is early for me. Anyway, I was lying in my bed and I had my eyes closed, not asleep, and I started "seeing" an image in front of my closed eyes. This has happened before, so I wasn't worried. This image was at first very vague, fuzzy, then it started taking the rough shape of a human body, and I watched it turn into a small gray alien??? It passed in front of my closed eyes a few times. At one point it got very close, and all I could see were its EYES. Like I said, this has happened before but it has been so long ago.

Have you ever heard of this from other abductees? It is very strange and I know strange are all part and parcel to this whole abduction thing. On Friday, my mom told me she had a dream about our "missing time." On Sunday, I had my first good UFO dream in a long while. It seems like it's all coming back to just bug me, as in, "see what we can do" attitude. It really drives you crazy sometimes. Anyway, thanks for reading. Thanks for this website. Glad this web site helps! Seeing alien faces or eyes when you close your eyes at night can happen as you begin to relax. Many abductees report this same experience. The same visuals can happen under hypnosis. As you relax, the fear barriers start to slip away. The hidden memories float to the surface of your consciousness. Likewise, trauma victims can recall terrifying moments of whatever disrupted their lives. It is not an experience unique among abductees.

When you are sleeping, you are relaxed but your brain is still active. In fact, the human brain has more activity when sleeping than when awake. So, it is not at all unusual for you to see faces forming if they are a part of your past history. Your mother's recollection of missing time through her dream are another indicator of likely abduction activity.
