Randall from Texas conducted the following photo manipulations on 9/17/03 using the orange striped alien photo. In a series of 8 photo enhancements, Randall describes what each photo indicates. 3) The neck and chest are definitely not human, the protruding front chest plate is connecting to the neck very close to the base of the skull, either by 'armor' type attachments or actual skeletal framework.
