This photo was taken over the Cutright Launch Ramp at Lake Monroe, Indiana last Fall 1997. It shows a metallic object with a pumpkin seed shape, leaving a yellow trail as it ascends.
We don't know what the red spot is. There is no tower in the direction the picture was taken.
