Phil Schneider claimed to have worked in an underground "Gray" research station near Dulce, New Mexico. He was murdered in 1996. The Dulce Papers about this alleged station have been the subject of controversy for years because it not known if the information is true or not.

This alleged underground base was involved in very grizzly types of biological research involving human and alien body parts. It includes captive aliens as well as abducted humans. It is as abhorrent as Nazi experiments conducted in the concentration camps during World War II in the name of scientific research.
