For the longest time now, I have woken up in the middle of the night and been afraid. At first it started that I thought something had been in my room and I look around trying to see where it’s hiding. Now a days when it happens i wake up scared saying they’ve been here… When I stay at friends I find myself thinking can they find me..
My mother told me years ago about being woken up by something in her room… A light orb… She was a religious woman and said she was unable to sleep as it had come into the room a few times, she thought herself crazy. She said that she prayed and said God if this is not of you please make it stop.. she said it never happened again.. Or that knew about…
Now back to me.. This frightens me.. My boyfriend and I go on skype all the time as he is from the states and I live in Canada. He said he heard something in my room.. I feel crazy and don’t know if anything is happening to me but needed to ask if anyone has had that same feeling?

i believe i was abducted by aliens

it sounds like a tall story but im deadly serious

i was at home asleep in my bed 1 night and a bright yellow light woke me up and there was this thing standing there

it was dark grey and with black eyes, i felt my heart race it felt like i couldnt physically move,

i never frighten easy, but this thing really scared me , the odd thing is when i woke up in the morning a had marks on me which weren’t there the night before and i checked in the morning and found all windows and doors locked from the inside, the door from the garage to the house also locked and somehow this thing got inside

it scared me

many times since ive been abducted by aliens (and im well aware what it sounds like) its always felt like a dream when ive been abducted but in the morning there have been scars on my body and marks where it looks like skin has been scooped out, the scars on my hands are several – starting from my palm and going up my thumb, 5 of them

and im positive they werent there prior to that night

it always seems like a dream when i wake up but its no dream

dreams dont leave scars or skin scooped out

and still to this day im afraid to sleep at night

I was wondering if over the years,through personal experiences or other wise if anyone has any helpful tips on things that worked for them to help prevent, fight or protect themselves ? As I have not found many websites that discuss this aspect of it.  However, I must admit, I have not read any books on the subject. Unfortunately, I either fall asleep 10 min in, have a massive migraine or both. Is it just me that seems to have a shut off switch when it comes to reading up and educating myself on the subject? Probably not, which begs the question why researches  (knowing this) keep publishing books when some of their  target audience can’t read them? If they really want to help us documentaries would work so much better.

So they find our stories fascinating, entertaining and they probably do make wonderful books. Great. I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t want to share any more stories . I want someone to help me, give me some answers. Give me some useful information that will help me with my very private struggle. I’m thinking we could be more productive if we pooled our resources, compiled our knowledge and tried to help each other. So if there is a website, book or any other information that you have come across that already discusses this please share. If there is a certain smell, lotion, perfume , candle that you have found that repels them I would like to hear about it. How about a natural gag reflex to certain foods? Any foods they told you not to eat?  Someone suggested trying to take pictures, has anyone ? Anything anyone has tried that they believed may have helped them in any way… or anything they tried that didn’t (so we can cross that one off). Anything…

This memory came to me as a dreamlike memory, which I see from many other posts here, is the way most folks remember their abductions without hypnosis.  ……I woke up in bed with my heart pounding, scared stiff, and consciously thinking “it’s over now, whew, I can go to sleep, it’s over”.  Then when I woke up in the morning, I remembered it all.  ……This is what I recall:  I was driving with my teenaged daughter in the front seat next to me on a very rural road called Chuckanut Drive.  It was the middle of the night.  Suddenly the car slowed to a stop, the engine stopped and simultaneously the interior of the car was flooded with a light so bright, it was the brightest light I’ve ever seen in my life.  It was so bright that the air itself seemed thick because every little particle of dust was lit up.  I couldn’t move my body at all and I was furious.  Mentally I said “you can’t do this, it won’t work” and the reply (telepathically) was “yes, it will work”.  As I struggled to move my body, I perceived that every move I made was extremely painful and my whole body hurt as I strained against it.  I was somehow moved across the seat to the passenger side and the next thing I knew, I was sitting somewhere else but I couldn’t see anything.  I became aware (I don’t know how) that they had my daughter off to my left, laying on a table and at this point, I could see a little bit but it was like everything was in the thickest white fog. I began to beg the being standing with me–whom I couldn’t see, “please don’t stick that thing in my daughter’s eye, please don’t, that anesthesia you guys use, you think it kills the pain but it doesn’t, it still hurts really bad”.  The being responded to me telepathically (mentally) “don’t worry, we don’t do that procedure anymore, we just need a few cells from the colored part of her eye because we need all the different possible colors of eyes”.  That is all I remember.

Hi, everyone! I’ve recently examined some information I’d like to share with all of you and get your thoughts on. Like many abductees or suspected abductees, I’ve always read alot about UFOs and the abduction phenomenon, searching to know more. Recently I’ve seen and read some stuff and compared it, overlapping the common areas and the theories I’ve come up with seem meaningful and possibly, at least partially, accurate. …….First, the information to read/view and then cross-reference are as follows: David Jacobs PhD’s two books “The Threat: Revealing the Alien Secret Agenda” and “Secret Life: Firsthand, Documented Accounts of UFO Abductions”; the Dan Sherman book “Above Black: Project Preserve Destiny Insider Account of Alien Contact & Government Cover-up”; and lastly on Youtube, view the Project Camelot Dan Burisch interviews. Then sit down and compare all of this material and see what you come up with. The most intriguing thing to me is the (ex-military officer) Dan Sherman information about how he recorded abduction information including latitude/longitude coordinates of abductions, information about pain experienced by the abductee, the potentiality for recall by the abductee, the date, and the abductee’s assigned number. And this was recorded by Dan (and others in the military who held these work assignments before and after him) for the military. …..So to make a long story short and make some of the comparisons for the readers here (and please, examine the info for yourselves with a critical state of mind), Dan Burisch’s work with Maj12 shows that the US govt made an agreement with the beings that they could abduct a certain number of US citizens (and apparently all of their offspring i.e. children, grandchildren) and use them for the agreed-upon genetic work (includes breeding program) as long as they stayed within certain boundaries and reported the abductions and abductees to the military…. This information that Dan Sherman (and the others doing the same job as him in the military) collected has to be stored somewhere in the military’s archives of information. ….It turns my stomach that the govt would make a deal like this and treat some of its citizens as throwaways of a sort in order to get certain technologies in trade. Now, yes, the technologies are certainly amazing, I’ll say that much, but if you’re one of the people who is “on the list” as okay to be abducted, if that’s in fact how it works, well, heck, I just don’t know what to say, there are no words. ….If it’s all true, and yes, even with all the proofs, part of me is still skeptical, then I have many questions. Did the govt provide certain conditions under which abductions could take place? Did they have to be preferably rural locations, mostly nocturnal? Did they have to agree to “wipe” or “screen disguise” abductees’ memories? Did they agree that no one would be harmed or killed? Did the govt in turn agree to keep this information quiet and to not fire on their vessels with our military means? …….I hope some of you will read this and comment here. Thanks and take care.

When I was very young, about 5 or so, I used to have the same dream every week or so. Every time, the same series of events happened…

-I’m in a room kind of dark but illuminated enough with a blue light for me to see the faces of what a grey is presumed to look like. Two of them.
-I panic, scream, fight, try to run. I would be grabbed by the ankles by what I could only describe as a tentacle.
-I would fall backward and see 3 angry faces of a different type of alien creature. They had wide faces and they looked very angry.
-I am almost home again, but outside of my home… running again, panicking, everything is total chaos… I know they are still there, but they are invisible, I am basically being herded but I don’t know to where.  I had no inclination of anywhere in the world being a safe zone, so it really was generally just chaos and terror.

Then I literally wake up in the morning. My pajama pants are not on me anymore… they are actually missing. I used to wake up feeling fine… a little confused about the missing pants thing, but fine.

One day I told my mother about the dreams. She told me when the invisible characters chase me around, I should dream a can of spray paint to reveal them.

I tried this, the dream happened all over again and when I encountered the invisible ones at the end, I imagined spray paint… I tried to spray them and nothing happened… I looked at the can and there were the words, AQUA NET.  Yes, I accidentally dreamed hairspray.

I never had the dream again, and that last time I had the dream, that alternate ending makes everything fail to make sense when I try to call it abduction…

but I find myself (at the age of 30) to be still troubled by it, to a degree. I have a phobia of the grey type alien, I can’t just look at a picture of a grey. My hair stands on end and my eardrums vibrate. I mostly just don’t think about it.

One day I told my friend about the dream because he’s really into the whole alien thing… he told me i had been abducted! Of course I was like, “Yeah right, dude.”

Then he told me a bunch of stuff, pointed out that greys don’t like water, and then pointed out to me that I choose to live on a boat. He explained that the unexplainable stuff that physically wrong with me could be

So as I’ve explained in my previous posts, when I had my UFO encounter in a concious awake state of mind it really got me thinking that some of the strange things I’ve experienced throughout my life make more sense now if I except the fact that I am a contactee. When I was little I would not go more than 2-3 hours a night sleeping without waking up screaming. This was always very alarming for my parents as well. I remember for me, it started at a house we lived at in Port Ludlow WA, when I was 9yrs old. This is when I began to remember strange things happening, though I have a feeling it’s probably been going on longer.

I remember when I was 9yrs old me and my cousin were walking to the store, a few blocks away from my house at the time. I remember coming home and standing in the front yard with my cousin and seeing something up in the sky which did not move like a plane, nor did it have any lights on it, but it was daytime and the object was quite high up – so it was difficult to tell exactly what it was. We watched it for a while and I remember not thinking anything more of it.

I remember at some point living in that house some weird things began to happen. I remember going to bed and being in the darkness and experiencing things pulling on my arms and legs. I remember waking up in places where I did not go to sleep at, but thinking that I maybe sleep walked there or did not remember moving in the middle of the night. It began to be a real struggle for my mom to get me to go to sleep at night, she would litterally have to sit right next to my bed until I finally would go to sleep and if I woke up in the middle of the night and she wasn’t there I would freak out because something, even though I could not remember what – was attacking me in my sleep.

Then I remember one night layin on the floor in my parent’s bed room because I refused to sleep in my own room that night. Now this is going to sound so Sci-Fi I don’t even want to write it but this is how I remember it so I will share anyway and you can take of it what you wish. The mind has a way of distorting things but I try and put all my best reasoning skills aside of what is and isn’t real so that I can tell you exactly what I saw, as strange as it is.

 I was laying on the floor and the door of the bedroom was cracked and I could see out into the hallway. Right accross from their bedroom door was the linnen closet. I remember laying there and looking (for some unknown reason) at the door of the linnen closet. Then as I was looking at the closet door it began to open slowly. I remember thinking to myself that the heat must have just came on, because there was a heater vent in that closet and I thought that the air blowing through it must have made the door of the closet creep open. Then I saw what was like a misty shadow emerge out of the closet and float into my parents room and stop right in front of me. Then a figure began to materialize. This thing was about 2ft tall at the most. It was standing right in front of me. It had whitish-blueish-grey skin, its skin almost looked opalescent and filmy/waxy. It had small beady eyes and a HUGE mouth which was faceted with rows and rows of shiny, pointy sharp teeth, almost like a sharks mouth but more orderly. I know this because this thing screamed at me – it opened its mouth super wide and let out a scream, but it wasn’t an auditable scream – it was more like a dog whistle, so high pitched it’s difficult to hear. After it screamed it began the fade back into a dark misty substance and disipated into thin air.

I have never again seen this thing but I’ll tell you what, the image has sure haunted me for many many years. I’m 24yrs old now and still remember this incident quite clearly.
