Pathologist Dr. Joseph Czaja's last minute change in testimony forced prosecutors to drop the murder charge against James McFarland who had been in jail about two years and through three postponements. The pathologist signed an affidavit saying he couldn't conclusively say how 19 year old Erin Stanley died because blood was drawn from her body before the autopsy. Wayne County Mike Shipman was left with no case.

Thus ends that phase of the continuing mystery of Cry Woman. Thank God a totally innocent man will not now have to do time in prison. However as I have clearly repeatedly stated before Cry Woman is an immortal spirit gone extremely bad and she, if the past is any indication, will continue on in her murderous way.

It all started at the car wreck south of Dublin many years ago. We must face the truth that Cry Woman will be striking again unless something is done to stop her.
